The credit score App project is a Credit Score app is for a user to calculate their credit score. This is done by looking up questions about credit score and estimating each question as they answer through gaining points. It’s a simple and straightforward game through the help of AppLab on Code.org. Some trouble i had was creating a function to add up the numbers and display them at the end. I had to individually give every label, button, etc. a separate id, and had to incorporate this into my code. Using javascript i was able to code this. I learned that d eclaring Bankruptcy also lowers your credit score significantly from 130-200 points. I also learned that having more credit cards is good as long as you can pay them off on time. Finally learned about more credit and how to maintain a good credit sco...

CTE eXPo

Being a senior in the web design academe y this will be  the last CTE expo I would do and as a final show off i got to show all of my achievements in this academy. In the Expor we show our work to the upcoming freshman classes so they are aware of this opportunity . For my final expo I showed off my entire portfolio, I had to create a portfolio page that is linked to my other pages I've created. I chose this because it would lead to all my other works and attract them to my site. I was able to interact with many freshmens and describe to them how you start off the academy beginning learning graphic design, such as Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator, and as a bonus I showed off my work for Visual Design and explained the different projects that I have worked on that year. Then I would tell them abnout the junior year and show off a project we did and explain to them what they would learn such as web designing using Dreamweaver, Html, Css, and Javascript and at the same time t...

On March 6 the web designers and video production class teamed up to a day out and teach the younger generation. Our task was chosen at Middle Village to teach economy and jobs to the  fifth graders. Beginning of our task we had 1 week to review our material and create lessons that would captivate our audiences attention. Out of 5 session i was given session 3. We all decided to work on the sessions together and combine our knowledge to teach each lesson collaboratively. We had one leader per session while the rest supported and helped out in any way through that session to make sure we were giving 100%. Once the day came to finally teach the kids we were ready and prepared not only because this wasn't our first time but because we took time out and dedicated to learning the material to make it the best time for the kids. Once we arrived there all my nerves were gone and was ready to connect with the kids. Time went by quick as we tried our best to complete each session efficiently...
