CTE eXPo

Being a senior in the web design academe y this will be  the last CTE expo I would do and as a final show off i got to show all of my achievements in this academy. In the Expor we show our work to the upcoming freshman classes so they are aware of this opportunity. For my final expo I showed off my entire portfolio, I had to create a portfolio page that is linked to my other pages I've created. I chose this because it would lead to all my other works and attract them to my site. I was able to interact with many freshmens and describe to them how you start off the academy beginning learning graphic design, such as Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator, and as a bonus I showed off my work for Visual Design and explained the different projects that I have worked on that year. Then I would tell them abnout the junior year and show off a project we did and explain to them what they would learn such as web designing using Dreamweaver, Html, Css, and Javascript and at the same time they would take an AP test for Computer Science which gives them college credits if they pass. As a final talk i chose to show them the complete portfolio and let them go through it as i informed them bout the amazing academy. I showed off the many websites I've built as well as the many games that I've designed. As well speaking upon how senior year wouldnt be easy and more work because of the final portfolio. Overall I felt like this year was much more successful than the others and got to feel how it was being the eldest teaching the junior web academy how to do the cte expo, as well  I got to share all I've done with my years in the Web Design Academy. I've learned a lot over the years and it felt good to share it with others so they can also accomplish as much as I did. The web academy hasn't been easy but sure was a fun time and learned many new things through which is what i wanted to get across to them.
